Every project is different. Every client is different. That's kind of the point.
Over a 25-year career that has moved through arts organizations, international cultural exchange, philanthropic grantmaking, and organizational leadership, I've developed a pretty clear sense of what most organizations actually struggle with. It's rarely a lack of information or resources. It's almost always a question of clarity, communication, or the ability to translate a good idea into something people can actually act on.
That might look like developing a strategy, designing a program, managing a project, or simply lending a senior outside perspective at a moment when one would be useful. It could also look like something that doesn't fit neatly into any of those categories, which is honestly where some of the most interesting work tends to show up.
