“Explore. Dream. Discover. Do.” - A Mark Twain/Joe Randel Collab
To my arts friends, I’m a business guy. To my business friends, I’m an arts guy. Some know me as a strategist, others as a coach—or even a cross-cultural connector. (One grandfather thought I might be a spy. I’m not, but I do love blending in.)

At heart, I’m a people person—and a believer in the power of shared experiences.
My Story
For over two decades, I curated concerts, festivals, radio stations, and community events, all built around bringing people together. Today, I bring that same spirit to facilitation: helping organizations navigate change, complexity, and growth.

Facilitation, for me, is more art than science. While my methods are grounded in evidence-based models, my instincts come from years of reading the room, feeling the shifts, and dancing with the moment—whatever the tune.

My work blends creative instincts with strategic insight, shaped by experience across the nonprofit, philanthropy, and arts sectors—and grounded in training from some of the best around, Voltage Control, The McCombs School of Business at UT-Austin, and The Jindal School of Management at UT-Dallas.

Whatever the challenge, I help set the stage—then step back so your team can take the lead.
